Graduation for Municipal Speakers and Councillors held in Inkosi Albert Luthuli Conference Centre on 28 November 2009. About 32 KwaZulu Natal Municipal Speakers and 103 Councillors from uMkhanyakude and Sisonke Districts graduated in this event. This event was attended by KZN MEC Hon Nomusa Dube and Chairperson of KWANALOGA His Worship Obed Mlaba.
